Egyptian artichoke salad
5 artichoke hearts
Water
Salt
3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled & chopped
Salad dressing to taste (mayonnaise or Miracle Whip)
Bring salted water to a boil in a cooking pot; add artichoke hearts and cook until tender. Drain cooking pot; chop artichoke hearts. In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts and chopped hard-cooked eggs. Fold in mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to taste; mix thoroughly. Serve.
