Angel Hair Chili
1/2 pkg. angel hair (Capelli d'angelo) pasta, cooked to package directions
1 can (15 oz.) chili con carne
Water
Romano or Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a medium-sized cooking pot, mix can of chili with about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water to thin mixture. Heat through; then add cooked pasta. Stir gently to mix, then top with sprinkling of Romano or Parmesan cheese. Serve.
