1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. paprika
3 TBS flour
6 chicken breasts (3 with skin, 3 without skin)
3 TBS butter
1 TBS vegetable oil
1 can orange juice (frozen concentrate)
3 oz. water
1-1/2 TBS Dijon mustard
1 C Amaretto liqueur
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. In a bowl, combine the flour, black pepper, paprika and garlic salt; coat chicken breasts with mixture. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet; sauté chicken until brown. Remove chicken skillet and place in a casserole baking dish. In the skillet, add mustard, orange concentrate, water and Amaretto liqueur. Increase heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour sauce over chicken; bake, covered, for forty-five minutes. Serve.
Note: Amaretto is a sweet almond-flavored liqueur of Italian origin. It is made from a base of apricot or almond pits, or sometimes both, or from amaretti cookies made from almonds with added spices and flavors. [Data Source: Wikipedia].
