Colm Sullivan's Cottage: Located on Cove Hollow Circle in Larkin City, where Colm lives after retiring as the Banshee Point lighthouse keeper and where he sees Molly Larkin's ghost in the garden forty-three years after her death (Quixotic Crossings).

The cottage is clapboard slate-gray, with two chimneys and a fenced rear garden. The garden contains a collection of lilac bushes, roses, tulips, peonies and larkspur.
Later, the cottage is the site of the Colm Sullivan Art Gallery (Megan's Legacy).
