Swiss Potatoes

Believe it or not, I found the following recipe on the back of a Darigold Butter package:

 

Swiss Potato Bake

2 TBS frozen hash browns

Salt & black pepper to taste

1/2 LB chopped ham (optional)

2 C grated Swiss cheese

1 pint whipping cream

1 stick butter, melted

Paprika (optional)

 

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Place hash browns in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Toss potatoes with the ham; sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cover with grated cheese; pour cream evenly over the top. Drizzle with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake for one hour (or ninety minutes). Recipe makes six to eight servings.

Yummy in the tummy!
