Here's another tasty dish from Campbell's Kitchen:

 

Easy Apple Crisp

1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling

2 Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Santa Cruz Cookies, coarsely crumbled

1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional)

2 TBS butter or margarine, melted

 

Spoon the pie filling into one-quart casserole. Mix the cookies, walnuts and butter. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 400-degrees F for fifteen minutes or until warm. Serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt. Recipe makes six servings.
