Another
easy Halloween treat:
Boo Bites
1/4 C (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat; add the marshmallows. Cook, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add corn syrup. Stir well until blended. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is well blended. Add the cereal and stir until evenly coated. With wet hands, shape mixture into 1-1/2-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet. Cool completely. Store in a covered container in a cool, dry place.
It's the perfect goody for a veritable sweet-tooth.
