Grilled Cheese Rolls

Grilled Cheese Rolls are good for lunch, or as a snack - and so easy to make:

Grilled Cheese Rolls

4 slices white or wheat bread, crusts removed

3 TBS butter, divided

4 slices cheddar or Gouda cheese

Pre-heat skillet over medium heat. Cut crusts from bread slices; add one slice of cheese per square. Roll up bread slice slowly, slightly pinching near the end to secure in place.

Add butter to pre-heated skillet; allow to melt. Place rolls into skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until bread is evenly browned and cheese is melted. Serve as a luncheon dish with chips, or use as an appetizer.

I first saw the recipe and photo at the website Recipe by Photo & Video, so I decided to do my take on it.

I wasn't too smooth with the rolling part of the recipe (maybe next time!), but the little sandwiches were tasty nonetheless.
