Beef & Pork Meatloaf

1/2 LB ground beef 1/2 LB ground pork

1 egg, beaten

1/4 C breadcrumbs (use more if necessary)

1/4 C celery, chopped small

1/4 C onion, chopped small

Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste

1/4 tsp. onion powder or onion salt

Black pepper to taste

Nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Combine all ingredients (except cooking spray) in a large bowl. Using hands, mix thoroughly.  Coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; place meat in loaf pan and form with hands to make a loaf shape. Bake for about one hour, or until meat is no longer pink. Suggestions: Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy and green vegetable.

Good for a weekday family dinner.
