Seven-Up Cake

Lemon Glaze:

Cake: In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour and lemon extract. Fold in 7-Up or other lemon-lime flavored soda. Pour mixture into a well-greased 12-cup Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 325-degrees F for about one hour and ten minutes. Allow to cool before glazing.

 

Glaze: In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together. When cake is cooled, dribble with lemon glaze.
