Yemeni ginger coffee
1 C cold water
6 TBS powdered coffee (do not use instant coffee)
6 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
Place water in a saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; remove from heat until bubbles disappear. Bring mixture to a boil and remove from heat two more times. Pour mixture into cups and serve.
