4 medium pork chops
Salt & black pepper to taste

1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
2 TBS flour
1 egg, beaten
1 TBS vegetable oil

Pound pork chops until fairly thin; season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and marjoram. Set aside. Place flour and beaten egg on separate plates. Dip each chop into flour, coating on both sides, dip into beaten egg and then back into flour. Heat vegetable oil and butter together in a large skillet. Cook pork chops on high heat for three to five minutes on each side. Lower heat and cook another few minutes, or until pork chops are golden brown in color on both sides and fully cooked.
