Pear Coleslaw

• 3 C cabbage, shredded (about 1/2 medium-head)

• 2 pears, diced (sub with one 8 oz. can pears, drained & diced)

• 1/3 C orange-flavored yogurt

• 1/4 C salad dressing (generic similar to Miracle Whip or mayonnaise)

• 2 TBS orange juice

• 1/2 tsp. salt

• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

• Orange peel, finely shredded

In a large bowl, toss together shredded cabbage and diced pears. Mix in remaining ingredients (except for orange peel); toss with cabbage and pears. Garnish with orange peel. Serve.
