Paellero Blend

• 2 tsp. parsley

• 2 tsp. thyme

• 2 tsp. Spanish paprika

• 1 tsp. seasoned salt

• 1 tsp. salt

• 1 tsp. black pepper

• Pinch of saffron

Combine ingredients and store in a sealable container in a dry place. If saffron is not available, use yellow food coloring with extra paprika. Do not substitute turmeric for saffron as the flavor is not compatible with Paella.

 

For use in the Spanish dish Paella.
