Crust:
1/2 C crushed graham crackers
1/2 C melted butter
Filling:
2 Kiwi fruits
1 banana
3/4 C whipping cream
2.5 TBS butter
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 ice cream cone (topping)

Crust: Seal graham crackers in a plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin or glass. Add melted butter to crushed graham crackers; stir well to combine and set aside. To make the base of the tart, spread graham crackers mixture out evenly into the bottom and sides of a baking pan and press down firmly; freeze until set.
Filling: Slice the two kiwi fruits and set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the whipping cream, sugar and 2.5 TBS butter. Stir until the butter is melted and ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into a blender with the two sliced kiwi fruits and banana; blend until smooth.
Remove crust from freezer and fill it with the kiwi-banana mixture; return to freezer until tart is set, about one to two hours. Remove tart from freezer; drizzle with extra crushed graham crackers. Place ice cream cone on top of tart; arrange sliced kiwis around the cone. Chill again before slicing and serving.
