4 pork chops
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 pinch garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
1/2 LB fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Season pork chops with salt, black pepper and garlic salt. In a large skillet, brown pork chops over medium-high heat. Add onion and mushrooms; sauté for about one minute. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops. Cover skillet; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for twenty to thirty minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through. Serve.
