Monte Cristo Wrap
1 large flour tortilla
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
2 deli slices cooked ham
2 deli slices turkey
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/2 C milk
Oil for frying
Spread the tortilla with mayonnaise and mustard. Alternate slices of ham, turkey and Swiss cheese down the center of tortilla. Fold the sides over carefully, and then tuck the ends in by pushing into the main body of the tortilla. Beat the egg and milk together in a small bowl; coat wrapped tortilla with mixture. Place a bit of oil in a skillet and heat to medium heat; add the tortilla. Brown the wrap on both sides. Serve hot. Recipe makes one serving.
