Cook and peel the potatoes. Cut into small pieces. Mash with a hand-masher or electric blender. Add the butter and salt, then the crushed vitamin and skim milk. Don't make mixture too runny, or it will not set-up while baking later. Take a spoonful of the mixture and shape into a ball (like a meatball). Crush 4 to 5 milk bones into a fine mix. Roll potato balls in milk bone mixture. Place in a non-stick baking dish and bake in a 250-degree F oven for about 20 minutes, or just enough to make the outside crispy. Let cool before serving. Will keep in the fridge for up to five days.

Recommended: Add multi-purpose canine vitamins in the preparation of this dish to provide optimum nutrition for your dog (s). Use a mortar and pestle to crush the vitamins into a fine powder, and then mix well with the other ingredients.
