Lebanese lemonade
2 lemons
2 TBS sugar
6 ice cubes
3 C cold water
2 tsp. orange flower water (optional)
4 slices lemon (for garnish)
Rinse lemons under cold water. Cut each lemon into four pieces; place in a blender with juice produced from cutting. Blend on maximum speed for three to five seconds. Add remaining ingredients; blend again on high speed for about thirty seconds. Pour through a sieve into a beverage pitcher. Serve lemonade in tall glasses with extra ice and lemon slices for garnish.
