Savory Lemon Chicken
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 C water
1/4 C green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 TBS chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes)
1 TBS lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 lemon slices
Spray a nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray; heat for one minute. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, water, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and paprika. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for five minutes or until done. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
