Savory Lemon Chicken

• 4 boneless chicken breast halves

• 1 can cream of broccoli soup

• 1/2 C water

• 1/4 C green or red bell pepper, chopped

• 1 TBS chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes)

• 1 TBS lemon juice

• 1/2 tsp. paprika

• 4 lemon slices

Spray a nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray; heat for one minute. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, water, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and paprika. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for five minutes or until done. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
