Kitty BrunchIn a bowl, mix together the milk powder and crushed vitamin with a small amount of water; add the eggs and beat well. Pour mixture into a small non-stick frying pan and cook on medium-low heat until eggs are set. Flip over and spread cottage cheese and vegetables over half the top; fold similar to an omelet. Allow to cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces to serve. Store unused portions in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Note: For vegetables, try grated zucchini with baby carrots, or minced green beans with grated yellow squash.

Recommended: Add multi-purpose feline vitamins in the preparation of this dish to provide optimum nutrition for your cat (s). Use a mortar and pestle to crush the vitamins into a fine powder, and then mix well with the other ingredients.
