Emirian fried ground beef

Add garlic, onions and salt to taste to a skillet with clarified butter; fry over medium heat until mixture is browned. Stir in ground beef; cook until browned. Add cumin seeds, chopped coriander, cumin powder, chili powder, Bzar, turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon; cook and stir constantly for about two minutes. Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste; add water, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed and mixture appears dry. Add potatoes, peas and chopped coriander; simmer until potatoes are tender. Drizzle with lemon juice over before serving.

Note: Kheema is an Indian-based dish popular in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It can be served as a main meal or used as a sandwich filling.
