Garlic Mustard Dressing

• 4 tsp. sweet & spicy mustard

• 2 oz. anchovies, drained & minced

• 1/2 C garlic-flavored wine vinegar

• 2/3 C garlic-flavored olive oil

• 2 green onions, minced

• 1-1/2 tsp. dried thyme

• Black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; mix until smooth. Store unused portion in a covered container in the refrigerator.

 

Suggestions: Use as a dressing for salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
