4 tsp. sweet & spicy mustard
2 oz. anchovies, drained & minced
1/2 C garlic-flavored wine vinegar
2/3 C garlic-flavored olive oil
2 green onions, minced
1-1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Black pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; mix until smooth. Store unused portion in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Suggestions: Use as a dressing for salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
