Easy Chicken Dinner

Lightly coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil. Season chicken with garlic and ginger, and then place meat in the baking dish. Add teriyaki sauce and a dash of soy, sprinkling plain breadcrumbs on top. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Cook the chicken at 350-degrees F for about one hour. Afterward, remove foil cover and bake the chicken for an additional thirty minutes. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package directions, draining off all the water. Cook frozen vegetables according to package direction; drain. Toss the cooked noodles and vegetables with ramen chicken seasoning packet. Add a pat of butter, and then stir. Serve noodle-vegetable dish with baked chicken.
