1/2 C roasted hazel or pistachio nuts
2 TBS coriander seeds
1/3 C toasted sesame seeds
1 TBS dried thyme
1 TBS cumin seed
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix in food processor; serve with French bread or pita bread dipped in olive oil. Store leftover mix in a sealable container in a dry place.
Note: Dukkah is an Egyptian spice mixture most often served with pita bread dipped in olive oil, but can also be used as a flavoring for meat, rice and vegetables.
