5 C water
8 TBS margarine
2 TBS salt
5-1/3 C instant dry potato flakes
4 C sour cream
3 TBS mustard
2 tsp. sugar
3 TBS minced onion
Paprika
In a cooking pot, bring water, margarine and salt to a boil. Remove from heat. Add potato flakes and whip smooth. Add sour cream, mustard, sugar and minced onion. Pour into casserole dish and heat through. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve as is or with crackers.
