2 C all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
3 TBS baking powder
1 C heavy cream
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it becomes stiff enough to hold shape. Combine the cream and flour mixture with a fork. Place the dough on a lightly floured cutting board; knead for about one minute. Form the dough until it is about 1/2" thick; cut with a biscuit cutter or a cookie cutter. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 450-degrees F for about twelve minutes.
Recipe makes about one dozen medium-sized biscuits.
