Coffee Punch
4 C cold coffee
2 TBS rum flavoring
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 C whipping cream
Nutmeg
Combine coffee, rum flavoring and salt in a punch bowl. Add ice cream and whipping cream; stir gently. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve.
