Arrange herbs in a stack; tie ingredients into a tight bundle with string.
Instructions: Place Bouquet Garni into broth, sauces, braising liquids, soups or stews. Remove Bouquet Garni from cooking liquid once dish is complete; discard. Each Bouquet Garni can season one large recipe.
