1 tsp. ground basil
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt or sea salt
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Combine ingredients and store in a sealable container in a dry place.
Note: Recipe can also be doubled or quadrupled; refrigeration recommended but not required.
Uses: Sprinkle sparingly on fish, chicken, pork chops or steak.
