Black Cat Cookies

• 1 C chunky peanut butter

• 2 eggs

• 1/3 C water

• 1 box (15.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix

• Granulated sugar

• Plain M & M's

• Red Hots candies

In a bowl, beat together chunky peanut butter, eggs and water. Add chocolate cake mix gradually; blend well. Using hands, form dough into 1" balls. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with the bottom of a round glass dipped in granulated sugar. using fingers, pinch two "ears" at the top of each cookie. Add plain M & M's for eyes, and red hot candies for nose. Press the tines of a fork into dough to form whiskers. Bake at 375-degrees F for about eight to ten minutes. Recipe makes about four to five dozen cookies, depending on size.
