Middle Eastern spice blend
1 tsp. cardamom
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. fenugreek
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine ingredients and store in a sealable container in a dry place.
