3 whole-wheat bagels (3 oz.)
Butter-flavored cooking spray, refrigerated
Slice each bagel into four slices, crosswise. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with spray; place the slices in a single layer on the sheet and spray again. Bake in a preheated 450-degree F oven for five minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
