Bacon Chestnuts
1 LB thick-cut bacon, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) whole water chestnuts, drained
Toothpicks
Slice bacon in half. Wrap one piece of bacon around one chestnut; skewer with toothpick to hold in place. Repeat with remaining chestnuts and bacon. Broil in toaster or conventional oven, turning frequently, until the bacon is evenly cooked. Serve warm.
