Autumn Salad

• 3 medium apples

• 2 C sliced celery

• 3/4 C slivered almonds, toasted

• 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained

• 1/2 LB sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

• 1/2 C sour cream

• 1/2 C mayonnaise

• Salad greens (Iceberg, Romaine, Greenleaf)

Core the apples but do not peel. Slice apples; combine in a bowl with celery, almonds, pineapple and cheese cubes. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add to apple mixture, toss to coat evenly. Serve on salad greens.
