4 cloves garlic
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 jar (10 oz.) Alfredo pasta sauce
1 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Place garlic in a baking dish; bake for twenty to thirty minutes or until soft. Remove from oven; allow to cool before handling. Squeeze softened garlic from their skins. Spread roasted garlic in a lightly greased baking dish; add spinach, artichoke hearts and Alfredo sauce. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan and cream cheeses. Bake for about thirty minutes, or until cheeses melt and appear bubbly.
Suggestion: Serve warm as a dip with chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.
